How Far Can Paper Go ?

 A space to fold, crease, and create! In this origami workshop children explore the wonder of the infinite possibilities of creation from paper! Through simple folds and a splash of creativity, children explore focus, patience, and the magic of making something beautiful with their own hands. 

Kaveri Bali is an artist and educator who turns simple sheets of paper into stories of wonder. Through origami, she invites children to explore imagination, mindfulness, and the beauty of creation. She is an art and dance teacher at Rustomjee School.

THE FOLK SOUNDSCAPE

This music workshop is an immersive musical experience that awakens curiosity and pride among children through a joyful celebration of India’s living folk traditions. Each song becomes an exploration — not just of melody, but of culture, geography, and human expression. The children don’t just sing; they inhabit these songs through movement, rhythm, and simple narration that shares the story behind each tune.
 

Vishala & Kamakshi Khurana, founders of The Sound Space, blend the magic of Indian music with playful learning. Through rhythm, song, and storytelling, they spark curiosity and joy — helping children discover the music within.

BRUSH AND BLOOM

This art workshop is designed to help kids break boundaries and build an expressive mode of communication through art. It will involve an interactive session where kids would learn about colour and emotions and then collaboratively create something instinctive and unknown. The workshop tries to tap into the unknown imagination of a child’s mind.

Tanay Kumar is an artist and designer who turns imagination into form and color. His workshops invite children to explore art as play — where creativity flows freely and every idea finds its shape.

WHY SO SERIOUS ?

Everyone has a clown who peeps from within, to question and experience this strange world with curiosity. It sees things differently and breaks norms. This clowning workshop helps children to jump into and explore the world of clowning with the help of theatre games and gibberish making it simple, accessible and fun for them.

Puja Sarup is a theatre artist, director, and educator who believes in the power of play. Through her workshops, she invites children to explore expression, teamwork, and the magic of bringing stories to life.

BLUEPRINTS OF LIGHT

This cyanotype workshop is the most wonderful way to introduce children to the basics of printmaking and photochemistry. It allows children to play around with the beautiful blues of Cyanotype letting sunlight and water to magically(but scientifically) print impressions of flowers and leaves on paper! All required materials will be provided and through a guided process, participants will get to take home the prints they make.

Harkat Studios, founded by Karan Talwar, is an alternative arts and film space in Mumbai that celebrates slow, hands-on creativity through analog experiments with light, film, and photography.

TIGERSKIN RUG

“The Tigerskin Rug” is a musical, interactive dramatic storytelling performance. It is a funny story about a hungry tiger who ends up in a Rajah’s palace to eat food and pretends to be a tigerskin rug and the adventures that follow. It is an hour long show in which Neha is accompanied by her co-actor Madhur, who is also a singer and a musician.

Neha Singh is a storyteller, actor, and author who brings tales to life with warmth and imagination. Through her interactive sessions, she inspires children to listen, dream, and find their own voices in the world of stories.

SHAKE AND SEEK

A joyful movement session where children explore rhythm, expression, and creativity through dance! The workshop encourages kids to move freely, connect with music, and discover the stories their little bodies can tell — building confidence, coordination, and an ever growing love for movement along the way.

Veronica Jose is a dancer and educator who believes movement is a form of storytelling. With her playful, expressive approach, she helps children explore freedom, rhythm, and emotion through dance — turning every step into a celebration of creativity.

What if I could become a tree, a car, or an alien?
In this playful theatre and games workshop, children explore their surroundings and use their bodies to recreate what they see — turning imagination into living pictures.

OPEN LIKE

In this open mic session children are invited to be on stage, take the mic, and feel open to say whatever they want- recite a poem, ask a question, sing a song, dance along if you want to, read a story you wrote, read a story someone else wrote, anything and everything is welcome in this event where little ones express freely. ‘Open like’ wants their voices to be heard loud and clear!
